Payments will be accepted through PayPal and Ko-Fi only (VGen to be added later)

Commissions for personal use will be charged the regular amount

Commissions for professional use will be charged an extra amount as per usage purposes

50% payment must be done upfront. The remaining amount must be paid upon receipt of the final product.

The time period to finish each commission will be discussed before each one, however, I require a minimum of two weeks to finish one piece.

If there's a deadline, please inform me beforehand

Important note: All commissions are digital.

After discussing deadlines and details, 50% of the payment must be made upfront before proceeding further. Payment details will be shared as per discretion.

If you can, please send visual representations of what you wish to see in the art. Each and every descriptor helps me make sure the piece is to your liking (Optional, but very appreciated)

There will be only two chances to make changes in the product: 1. During the sketch phase (significant changes can be made), 2. During the lineart/base-painting phase (minor changes can be made). Any further requests for change will not be entertained.

After the final product is approved, the remaining of the 50% must be paid.

The final product will be sent to your mail once the payment has been confirmed.

Any changes to be made hereafter will induce additional charges.

Note: All refunds on the basis of the 50% upfront payment

100% refund: If you'd like to cancel before proceeding with the first sketch.

50% refund: If the sample sketch has already been made.

No refunds: If the commission is in the second stage of completion.

If by any reason I cannot finish your commission and you've already paid the 50%, I will refund you the amount.
